What cleaning measures do you take with COVID-19?

First, this house features contact-free check-in with keyless entry. No need to stop by an office for keys or meet a property manager. Use the tablet in the kitchen to check-in your group.

All sets of linens, towels, rugs, blankets, washcloths, are cleaned, changed, and rotated prior to guest arrival. The house goes through a 6-hour cleaning process that ends with disinfecting of all high-touch areas including, but not limited to, remotes, light switches, doorknobs, handles, etc. Cleaning supplies are always provided for guests use during their stay.​

How much space is there for parking?

Guests have access to 2-spots in the three-car garage and the entire driveway. There is enough parking for 10-12 cars. We ask that you do not park on the street or the lawn. If you have more than 12 cars, please contact us first.

 

Is the pool open year-round? Hot Tub?

No, the pool is open from May 1st to October 1st. The hot tub is open year round. The pool and hot tub are serviced weekly in the Summer and the hot tub is serviced bi-weekly during the winter. Inclement weather (hurricane, thunderstorm, lightning, snow, ice, or hail) can delay the service days.

Is this home handicap accessible?

Yes, this home is completely handicap accessible. Ground floor entry is available from the bottom floor. Use the elevator to go from the lower level to the main floor and upper level.

What type of grill is outside? Is there a firepit?

It's a gas grill and propane tanks are provided for guests. Yes, there's also a firepit!

Which bedrooms are attached to bathrooms?

Request to view the floorplans via the contact page to see the bedroom/bathrooms and house layout.

Can I host a small wedding or a birthday party here? I have less than 50 guests.

Unfortunately, no. For liability reasons, you cannot host an event here at all. This house should be used for intimate family gatherings, sleeping accommodations, and should not exceed the sleeping capacity of the home. 

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood so we ask guests to respect that at all times. Noise monitoring systems are in the home to make sure parties are not held.

What do we need to bring to stay here? Are the beds made? Are towels provided?

Beds are made prior to arrival and towels are provided for all guests. Starter goods will always be provided (coffee, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels and toilet tissue) but for longer stays (7+ nights) or large groups (20+), we recommend bringing extra just in case.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, coffee pots, and more. Plenty of items to prepare meals for a large group. Keurig and Mr. Coffee pot are available for guests.

Do the TVs have Cable or Satellite Television? What about Netflix?

The main floor living room, master bedroom, and home theatre have television. There is Satellite Television and access to Netflix, YouTube, and Pandora

We'd like to have a private chef come in and cook for us. Do you have any recommendations?

Absolutely! For private chef recommendations and bookings, use the contact us page or email me. We can also provide recommendations for activities, mobile massage therapy, and more.

Can I get mid-stay cleaning?

Yes. If you would like turn-down service or mid-stay cleaning, just let me know so we can schedule it with our team. Additional fees will apply based on what services you'd like to have done. Cleaning, laundry, changing linens and towel service are all examples of options.

We're bringing an infant/small kids. What items do you provide?

There are two rooms with bunk beds for kids, games, and toys to play with. We also have two pack-and-plays for infants availabe. At this time, we do not have other items for infants but can coordinate rentals for you. Please contact me if you need to rent items (car seat, high chair, stroller, etc) so we can provide them for your stay. We do not have plugs or baby gates installed.

What is the nightly rate? Is there a minimum night stay requirement?

The nightly rate varies by the dates you select. Submit an inquiry on the contact page to get a quote. The minimum night stay is 3-nights except for holidays where it's 4-nights. (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

What are the payment options?

Guests can pay online via debit/credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, or Venmo. The total reservation amount can be split into 2 or 3 payments depending on the date of your stay. For reservations less than 30 months away, it's one payment. The first 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Is there a damage deposit? How does it work?

A pre-authorization for the damage deposit of $500 will be charged on your card one (1) day prior to check-in. This hold will be released within 7 days as long as there is no damage, no missing items, and check-out instructions have been followed.

How far in advance can we book this property?

You can book this property up to one year in advance via direct booking. You can book this property up to 3 months in advance on Airbnb.

How does check-in work?

Two weeks prior to your check-in date you'll receive an automated email with check-in instructions and access codes. Since there is contactless check-in, we do guest verification to ensure you are the person you say you are!

 

 

What is the cancellation policy?

There are no refunds on bookings. We can do a one-time date change but it is subject to the availability of the new dates and pricing.

Is there any type of surveillance on this property?

Yes, there are exterior cameras on this property for safety/security only. There are no interior cameras. Noise monitoring systems are at this home to ensure parties are not held.
